We run a 10-hour day, four days a week production schedule at all our locations. Employees work either 6:00 am – 4:30 pm or 7:00 am -5:30 pm Monday -Thursday, and Tuesday – Friday following Long weekends. This shift provides staff with a great work/life balance, so they can spend more time enjoying the beautiful Okanagan region that we live in!
